oirasor Posted August 12, 2012 Share Posted August 12, 2012 Ciao a tutti sono Rosario mi diletto da poco tempo a voler realizzare un bel sito per la mia vendita di caffè online ma ho un grosso problema, questo CMS secondo me è uno dei CMS + completi per l' e-commerce, ma il mio è lentissimo ha sollecitato il supporto + volte ma non mi hanno risposto, quello che fa ad esempio voglio cambiare una nome ad un articolo oppure voglio caricare una foto, cose semplici si mette li a caricare e non carica ma per + di 10minuti potete darmi una mano? grazie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In particolare accertati che sia un hosting linux e che non ci siano limiti nell'uso del database. Chiedi al provider (a me risulta dominiofaidate) Installazione: se non sei molto pratico ti suggerisco questa guida: http://www.webhostin...one-prestashop/ segui solo la guida e non fidarti dei consigli sui migliori hosting, sono solo delle pubblicità Se il tuo hosting prevede un installatore tipo Softaculous, usalo e tralascia la guida. eugenata Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 oirasor, sicuramente hai qualche propblema con il server, ma non so dirti cosa perchè non mi intendo di iis. Presta andrebbe installato su server linux e non windows. Probabilmente i tuoi problemi sono tutti qui. Ti consiglio di fare dei test su un server locale tipo xampp in modo da fare un po di pratica. Davis5 Posted August 21, 2012 Share Posted August 21, 2012 io non voglio parlar male o bene di provider... ma il tuo sito e' poggiato su un provider che non ha mai "brillato" per tempi di risposta dei server ecc ecc. si, ok, costa poco per un anno... sinceramente nella fascia di prezzo "sopra i 50 euro" si trovano server potenti con ping e tempi di risposta molto rapidi P.S. ho verificato e oggi non sta funzionando...
