Integrate HTML code in translation string

Hi there,

 

 

I'd like to add a link (popup) to my checkout page, however the link itself needs to change with the translations (popup-english.html - popup-dutch.html)

 

Right now, if I add the link inside the translation string, it doenst work (probably conflicts or something).

 

Is there any workaround for this? The popup can also be a CMS page if needed.
