Front office missing after upgrade!

Hi i followed the video on Vimeo on how to upgrade to 1.4.x and all seemed to go correctly, Except i have a blank front office when ever i use my preferred theme... the default one works so i have turned on debugging and receive the following error when my theme is selected :
