new order notification

Hello,

 

I have just setup my first Prestashop, a fantastic product!

 

I have one small problem, I don't seem to find out where to have an e-mail sent to me (shopowner) When a new order is placed.

 

Can somebody give me the answere to this?

In BO look under modules/administration/mail alerts install and configure. (thats it)

I have configured that already:

 

I added another e-mail address as well, but I still don't get any notification, when I go to:

 

BO > Prefrences > E-mail

And send a test e-mail, then it works??

 

Any Ideas?

Hi,

 

Is there anything else I can do to make the mailing work?

 

I have just tried to uninstall and install the mail alert, no change...the strange thing is that all other mails are working as normal, is it a file I have translated that can affect this?
