Started using prestashop 1.5 RC and found you couldn't test the sanbox without an api. We got that sorted but now are wondering does a client have to have a business account with paypal and not use his standard paypal email details only? There doesn't appear to be any extra fees on this account but can anyone confirm is there any hidden fees that we should be aware of.
