TWDesign Posted July 16, 2012 Share Posted July 16, 2012 Our shop is in Japan so the correct format for postal codes is like this: Example: 123-4567 What currently happens is that Prestashop passes the whole 7 digits into the first PayPal field and none into the second field. So when the customer tries to pay using their credit card in PayPal, this throws and error message. Is there a way to pass the postal code correctly to PayPal i.e. 3 digits followed by 4 digits?
