jassy Posted June 14, 2012 Share Posted June 14, 2012 dear All do you noticed that there are cases where your customer has placed an order but never paid up? the hiccup is the product stock level will decreased based on the order placed & if the customer eventually not buying it, then our stock level does not reset to available level. what do we do? stock levels are difficult to manage if the data is incorrect especially if we have many stock items. pls advise or share your experiences here. rgds jassy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
