hippooflove
Hi All I have 2 sites using Prestashop. After 18 months of trying I am still having problems with the checkout on one of them. The second store seems to be working okay. Is it possible to swap the urls over so that the site not working correctly can run using the presta version that seems to be working okay. I have tried upgrading around 6 times, started with 3.1 and now on 1.4.8.2 and no change. I did think that when you upgraded it may have solved the issue but there has been no change. Otherwise I at the point where I am starting to look at other programmes to build my site but just do not fancy uploading and starting again. This is my last try at getting a solution. Or if you have any other ideas please let me know as I am getting so frustrated. Edited June 14, 2012 by hippooflove (see edit history)

hippooflove
Thank youi for the reply When people place orders they go into the cart but they are not turned into an order. Therefore I am not able to see combinations, ie. size, colour etc. The customer does not receive a confirmation email. The first i know about an order is when I get an email from Paypal. I have changed PayPal module at least4 times. upgraded presta lots of times. I do have another Presta store that seems to work okay. I thought if you did an upgrade it would alter issues like these but I can only assume that I got the problem when I first installed Presta 1.3 about 18 months ago and it will never go away unless I start again. Which I do not want to do. I hope somebody can help Barry
