Applying blockpermanentlinks in custom theme

Hi people,

 

With the blockpermanentlinks module i'm trying to make dynamic html pages or tpl pages on my home page.

The links appeared succesfully on my home page but the pages that i want to show up by clicking on the links won't show up on my home page.

The links are working but i believe the proper {HOOK} is not on the home page, we're i want the html or tpl files to appear.(I know the php code is ok)

Can anyone help me?

What {HOOK} to use?

In which folder to place the html or tpl pages?
