For some reason the site and the modules are fully translated to Hebrew, but do not appear on the site. It should be noted that I raised the level of memory 2. Appeared on the upper right without notice to me a menu, and I can not cancel it 3. Translation products such as "add to cart" and "details" on the front has been translated, but the product page is still listed in English. 4. In addition, the Contact page for some reason can not translate it .. Although again .. System and the modules are fully translated 5. I get the above message management system: Run the command allow_url_fopen php.ini config file. Although I contacted the web hosting company and they ran it for them.
