Getting products and orders from a shop to another (with different versions)

Hello,

 

I would like to know, having a working 1.2.5 shop, and a duplicate one which I upgraded to 1.4.7 (and which I massively modified afterward), how could I get the products and orders added in the meantime on the working shop please ?

Which tables should I check, are there some "tricks" I should pay attention to, or will I have to apply a little script to change the datas structure ?
