Documentation Request

In getting up to speed with PS development I have been in the official dev docs a lot the last day or so. It seems very lacking in some basic info, unless I am just missing it.

 

A list of inherent functions with syntax would seem baseline for a developer guide.

 

Things like

getContent()

displayForm()

 

and the like.

 

A search for getContent()on the official docs finds no results. This is very tiresome in that instead of being able to look up the functions and such it requires digging through code of included modules to throw code at and see what happens.

 

As a noob to this, it makes developing quite the pain.
