Customize Quick Search

Hi.

I've been looking for a solution for this issue for a while but I can't find it anywhere. Maybe I'm not doing the right search but... I believe it can be pretty simple.

I'm trying to make my quick search block look like the one in the attached file. I'm currently using the default prestashop theme.

I tried to remove the background images and change some styles on global.css... unfortunatelly this changes also affect the cart block (which I'd like to keep intact).

 

1 - Is there something I can do to apply these changes to the search block only?

 

2 - Can I place the block tittle "Search" (and use the respective translations) inside what I believe is the search query block (as seen on file) and remove the phrase when the user does "focus" on the query block so the user can start writing the search term on a blank query?

 

3 - How easy would it be to replace the "go" button with the magnifying glass png?
