[Module & Hooks] Volume Selling Module

Greetings !

 

I need a volume selling module and it turns out that even if few of them exists, they're incredibly expensive.

So I'm going to work on a free module in order to do this (probably not as well as the non-free ones, but at least allowing volume selling to those who can't pay for it).

 

The thing is I'm also totally new to Prestashop module development. I've read the developer documentation, so I have the minimal knowledge for this kind of task.

I know pretty much everything I need to do for the back-end part. The front-end however...

 

What I don't know is how to display my own interface for the product to the user.

For what I've read, I probably should use hooks, but I can't find which ones.

 

Like, I need to hide to add my own fields to the product page, define the price myself, etc...

I failed at finding any information about this, but it has to be possible to do this even from a module ?

 

Is there any documentation on the subject ? And where to find it ?
