soft 404 fault from google why?

Hi all!

 

I just checked the google webmaster tools today, and see a problem

 

lots of soft 404 problems happend like a next

 

http://www.myshop.com/myorder?ipa11443 (myorder meta-tag = order.php)

 

it happens since 1. may, but never before.....

 

could someone explain me what did I make wrong??

I see the order is disallow, but then why the google mapping as a soft 404 fault it?
