Mail alerts - New order mail problems

Hello!

 

When a new order is made I get e email to the address name "=?UTF-8?B??="

 

How can I make the formating correct for the receiver name?? Where does "=?UTF-8?B??=" come from?

 

And the mail body is empty, it only say: "New order - 000012" in the subject.

 

I would like the email to show the order data, the customer, the products ordered etc.

 

Is the mail blank for you too, or just me?

 

How to fix?
