MEG Venture
Preferences>Images>Check the image current sizes and edit if they are not in size of your theme, save and regenerate thumbnails. That will fix it.

CarriedAwayCrafts
I'm having the same problem but found that when I changed Preferences>Images> (like Caglar explains) the images were okay (no longer covering the text). Apparently, when switching templates, old image sizes replace new template defaults. My problem is that I do not know where to find a list of the 'NEW' Template images size defaults. See attached thumbnail for those I was able to figure out. If anyone knows the other values that need to be changed, please post.
