gazapko Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 Hi, since some weeks I have a problem with my PS 1.4.0.12 When I add a product to cart, ajax works correctly and add the product very well. But, if I change page, the cart is empty! Sometimes I can move within some pages, but in one moment...PLOP! dissapears the products of the cart. Anybody knows about it? Thanks! gazapko Posted May 3, 2012 Author Share Posted May 3, 2012 I think that the problem is on database that the registry of guest carts is set to 0 on id_guest. I upload again the files to server and the id_guest is setting to the real id of a guest, but again there are the same problem.... Anybody can help me? thanks! I am using a purchased template, this problem went away when I switched back to standard prestashop template. I then disabled ajax cart and everything has been fine since. Hope this helps.
