shipping by product

Hi i wonder if anyone can help me i am looking for a module that can give the customer the option to select their postcode on a product page to see how much shipping will be on that product but also if they add the product to shopping cart it will add the product and postage cost and also for each and every additional product . But i would need to be able to leave some products of this

as they will be eligible for free shipping is there a module like this either free or paid

let me know if this doesn't make sense and i will try to explain it differently.
