How do I put the CSS files from the modules folder to the themes folder?

Hello, I am developing a new theme for presta 1.5 and I run into a problem.

 

When I do changes to the modules, I want to have them in my themes folder, to make stuff a lot easier. It workes fine with TPL files to put a folder called modules with a copy of the module and the template file will override the one in the core module folder. But this dose not seem to work for the CSS or am i doing it wrong?

 

It's really annoying when I have to do changes to the core module files, this will course problems when I have multiple stores and have different themes.

the CSS files for the modules should be in: themes/[YOUR_THEME]/css/modules/[MODULE_NAME]
