Moneybookers Payment Error: Warning: €0.00 paid instead of €xx.xx !

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I searched the forum, but couldn`t find a solution for this:

I am using the latest Prestashop and the latest moneybookers. All folders are set to 755 and all files to 644.

A customer places an order and pays via Moneybookers.

Moneybookers reports payment success but after the payment completes, the customer will be redirected to the Prestashop error page and in the BO Prestashop displays the order status as 'Payment Error'.

In the BO, the payment is recorded with "0.00" and there is a message posted at the top: Warning: €0.00 paid instead of €xx !.

When I log into Moneybookers the transaction has completed and the exact amounts have been paid as they should have been. The money was definetely taken.

Has anybody else experienced this issue, found a fix and can point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Someshop

I tested and have similar problem. I don't remember where it redirects after payment but in the BO order there is Warning: $0 paid instead... And customer also received a payment error email.

My test case was :

Bank transfer as payment method.

No bank / credit card verified in the customer MB account.

So I suspect it was because the payment is not really paid to merchant's MB account. What payment method did you used? Maybe credit card payment method will not cause the issue, but you need to request MB to enable it. Please post if you have any update

Hi all,

I searched the forum, but couldn`t find a solution for this:

I am using the latest Prestashop 1.6.0.14 and the latest Nochex module.

The nochex module is set to test and when a customer places an order and pays via Nochex but after the payment completes, the customer will receive a payment error and in the Back Office Prestashop displays the order status as 'Payment Error'.

In the Back Office in the order section, the payment is recorded with a message posted at the top: Warning $91.20 paid instead of $136.59

I have only one currency set as Default which is Sterling £ and not the Dollar $.
Has anybody else experienced this issue, found a fix and can point me in the right direction?

Thanks
