Hello everyone, We have a multi-store prestashop with 2 separate templates for each of the 2 stores running. The fact is that one of them has a lot of payment errors due to some bug/mistake that makes shipment cost to be 0 in one of the payment gateways and twice the price in another. I did not code those templates and would like to know in which files or functions could I find the code relative to placing the order to inspect it. Thank you very much! BTW, I have posted like 5 times and NONE of them have been answered. What is the purpose of this forum if no one will ever answer? I have tried in spanish and english but really, none of them got any answer and it's days since I first posted them.

Hi We have updated the Credit Card date strip. We now are experiencing a payment error. If the charge is $183.00 it is stating an error charge of $183,000.00. The payment is successful with the correct charge of $183 and the invoice also states the correct amount. The customer is sent an error payment notice. Can you advise of how to fix this problem thanks Chez

For the past two weeks, my system has committed several errors when adding up the total of some customers' shopping carts. The total amount is always off by 1,2, or 3 cents (Norwegian øre), which is expressed in the 2nd decimal place. For example, when you add up all the items and shipping, the cart total should be 200,71 instead of 200,72. I have attached a screenshot of this particular order illustrating the problem. This addition error causes PayPal to report a “payment error” status to the back office (because PayPal’s cart summary adds up all cart items, comes up with a slightly different amount, and detects the discrepancy between its calculation and my site’s cart summary). Consequently, the back office sends a payment error email to the customer. This occurs even though PayPal always successfully processes the transaction and transfers the money from the customer’s account to mine. Why can’t the system add up the total amount correctly? This is causing a great deal of frustration and confusion among my customers. I would appreciate any help here.

Hello I recently changed shipping options and I messed about with countries/zones etc. Now, whenever I click the PaymentSense payment option at checkout, I keep seeing the following error message (on a PaymentSense gateway page): Passed variable CountryCode [error - cannot find country] is type invalidI can't for the life of me work out why this is happening as I have tried going back to basics and having just one country (UK) with one shipping option for that country. Any ideas? Thanks Scott

Hello, We use mail alerts to send out the merchant email telling us when we have a new order. The issue is it sends out an email even if there is a payment error. If the customer writes in a comment then it removes the payment error comment from the authorize.net module. This makes it look like a legitimate order. In a perfect world we would like it to stop sending emails to the merchant if there is a payment error. Is this possible? Under statuses it is set that payment error does not send email but it still does. We are using prestsahop 1.4.4.1 Thanks

Hi all, I searched the forum, but couldn`t find a solution for this: I am using the latest Prestashop and the latest moneybookers. All folders are set to 755 and all files to 644. A customer places an order and pays via Moneybookers. Moneybookers reports payment success but after the payment completes, the customer will be redirected to the Prestashop error page and in the BO Prestashop displays the order status as 'Payment Error'. In the BO, the payment is recorded with "0.00" and there is a message posted at the top: Warning: €0.00 paid instead of €xx !. When I log into Moneybookers the transaction has completed and the exact amounts have been paid as they should have been. The money was definetely taken. Has anybody else experienced this issue, found a fix and can point me in the right direction? Thanks Someshop

Hi, We are using Prestashop 1.5.4.1 on our webstore. Recently had to update the Paypal module due to POODLE/SSL 3.0 and encountered the following issues. 1. The old PayPal module never showed the "Upgrade" button which it should have. So I had to manually download PayPal module version 3.8.1 and update on the website. 2. Since the update, the problem customers are having is that the whole process goes smooth and the payment gets completed. However, at the end they don't get a confirmation. The error in the back-office is Price paid on paypal is not the same that on PrestaShop. I identified that the problem is occurring due to shipping prices. In the website, the shipping price is rounded but now after the update, Paypal is taking the two decimals also and the price gets mismatched. For example: Previously, Upgrade discs to Canada would be: US$ 30 (price)+ US$ 15.19 (shipping) = US$ 45 (both on PS and Paypal) Now, Upgrade discs to Canada would be: US$ 30 (price)+ US$ 15.19 (shipping) = US$ 45 on PS and US$ 45.19 on Paypal Need urgent help on this as it is affecting many customers. Changing the shipping rates is not an option. Thanks,

I have a problem with some of my prestashop payments. Here it goes. The order has the status (Payment error) and gives me the message" Warning 192,45 kr payed in stead of 179,46 kr." The problem only occurs when a customer is assigned to af group that gives the customer a discount. Prestashop thinks that the customer has payed the full amount without the discount. I can see that my gateway has registered the correct amount. Can anyone explain to me why this happens. Thank you for your time.

Hello , We have an urgent PROBLEM. We are a Luxembourg based e-commerce an we are using the Saferpay Modul from PrestaShop. We now have that problem that payments made by french card holder (perhaps other countries) will make an PAYMENT ERROR in the PS Backoffice and send an email to our customers. The same moment, SAFERPAY sends a mail to us and the customer which indicates that the payment is OK. This does not happen by cards issued in Luxembourg. Could you contact us urgently to solve the problem !!

Hi Everyone, and thanks for being here like a net underneath a high-wires act to catch us if we fall off Prestashop. I've been doing great with my store www.foodandmedicinegarden.com but stumbled against a problem. I've got Paypal Express checkout. Using "Paypal Europe" because I'm in Australia. When a USA customer tries to order, he gets this message: Order WFYWQHBIK - Payment processing error There is a problem with your payment for Food and Medicine Garden order with the reference WFYWQHBIK. Please contact us at your earliest convenience. We cannot ship your order until we receive your payment. You can review your order and download your invoice from the "Order history" section of your customer account by clicking "My account" on our shop. If you have a guest account, you can follow your order via the "Guest Tracking" section on our shop. Meanwhile in the BO I get this message as follows: PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2014-08-19T19:04:42ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10411L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> This Express Checkout session has expired.L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> This Express Checkout session has expired. Token value is no longer valid.L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error I have Googled this and and searched the Prestashop Forums and also searched the Paypal instructions but I can't figure out how to fix it. Does anyone know how? Thanks in advance!

I'm having a serious problem here. I just updated to PrestaShop 1.6. I reinstalled the PayPal module. Now when someone checks out, it's successful. But when they try and return to my store, I get an Error 404 message. There must have been some miscommunication within the update. Anybody have a fix or does PayPal have a fix? Hello?

Hi I am running Prestashop 1.5.6.1 and PayPal version 3.6.1 I was debugging the PayPal module using the browser and saw this error. When the PayPal Payment page loads, the debug view of the browser gives me this error: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found): https://www.paypalobjects.com/css/da_DK/country.css " As I see it is searching on something that does not exist. How can I fix this? I am in Denmark and my PayPal module is set to Denmark. Here is my page if you want to try it out yourself: http://www.buyzaaptv.dk

Hello, I'm on PS 1.5. I am using authorize.net payment module. Every time I process a card it says "Credit card expiration date is invalid" (In every mode test and live, test credit card and original credit card). When I look at the code there is some value for the years which are like 0,1,2,3.... when I changed the values and tested it worked. I removed a the module and installed again by downloading from the add-on store. Now the version is 1.4 and it says to update but when I update In gets updated to the same version. I switched to developer mode, tried to update and got this error. Notice: Undefined variable: params in /mywebsite.com/html/controllers/admin/AdminModulesController.php on line 771 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /mywebsite.com/html/controllers/admin/AdminModulesController.php:771) in /mywebsite.com/html/classes/Tools.php on line 141 Please someone give some suggestion on this.

Hello everybody, I purchased and installed the servired La Caixa module from prestashop. After some trials with the bank it does seem to work although for some reason there is always an error message in the left corner when I am in the last page of the checkout phase. See Immage attached. It says: Warning: Function isLogged() is deprecated in /home/content/52/10654952/html/modules/lacaixa/lacaixa.php on line 734 in /home/content/52/10654952/html/classes/Tools.php on line 1777 What can I do about it to resolve this as it affects my page and it looks like an unsafe paying environment if a warning message shows up. Thanks in advance and hope to hear from you guys soon
