Editing image size preference from module (creando preferencias de imagenes desde modulos)

I would like to ask, it is possible to create an "image preference" from the function install that belongs to a module.

 

Im creating a module to show some products. the image of these products should have an specific size, I would like to avoid to the user the steps of creating a new image size preference from the admin, and creating during the instalation of the module, is this possible?

No, you cannot, unless you copy all the functions that create and resize the image to the module (they are private)
