coral5610 Posted April 2, 2012 Share Posted April 2, 2012 I am currently using PrestaShop 1.1.0.5 and would like to upgrade the Presta-Shop back office to at least version to 1.2.5 so I can accept PayPal as my credit processor. Is it possible to only download certain portions; like the payment processing module (as I have special PHP coding on my order pages and am told that will be messed up if I upgrade the whole back office)? tomerg3 Posted April 2, 2012 Share Posted April 2, 2012 You can try to download the paypal module that came with PS 1.2.5 and see if it will work with PS1.1 It may be a good time to look into upgrading, especially if your shop is making money, PS 1.4 has many great features that will make it worth the move. And if I upgraded the Pestashop cart, what are the chances I'd loose all the customization? tomerg3 Posted April 4, 2012 Share Posted April 4, 2012 Adding a payment module will not break anything, it may not work (the module itself, but if you remove it, everything will be like before. Upgrading Prestashop, from such an early version and with modification will not be a simple task, if you decide to go that route, make sure to create a copy of the shop first and try to upgrade that copy (so you will not mess with the existing shop). 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
