[Solved] Assignment of bugs reported

Does one need to post in French to bug tracker for a bug to be assigned to a developer immediately? PSCFI-5285, PSCFI-5286, PSCFI-5287, PSCFI-5288, PSCFI-5290 all but one categorized as minor while there are hundreds of unassigned bugs categorized as major.

 

Because one might but refrain from doing so due to the notice posted there. Maybe that notice should also be added in French

Absolutely not, but the bugs you signaled are the ones reported by PrestaShop quality assurance team. They can directly assign the bugs to developers (and it is easier for them to write in French ).

 

Anyway the good way is to submit report in English, it just takes a bit of time for some of them to be assigned.
