Altering colours in the Prestashop default template.

Hi all,

 

I am trying to customize the default theme and have successfully altered the background and header images see here

 

Problem is, as the page loads or when you refresh you can see the original light grey/blue color just before the light green image loads.

 

I have trawled through the global css file but cant seem to see anything I can change.

 

Can anyone help?

Hello,

 

That is because the browser needs to load the image and while it is loading the background color set in CSS will be shown.

 

You do not need to use that image, as the image in your case is only a background color.

 

In global.css line 796, just set the background to #D5F9BC.

Thanks for that CartExpert.net It worked great.

 

I cant seem to find the lines that deal with the search box at the top. Even searching the global.css for the image that I've altered doesnt fint it, nor anything to do with the background of that module.

 

Can you help please
