Sarah87
Silly me. I was playing with my CMS pages, renaming them and deleting some of them. I think I deleted the Contact Us page and made a new page called Contact. The form for customers to contact you is now gone. I am trying to figure out how to get that contact-form.tpl stuff to appear on one (or any!) of the CMS pages. Is there an include or conditional comment somewhere that tells it which page to show up on? Or is there another on/off switch that I missed? My shop is in catalog mode if that matters. tdr170
What version of Presta are you using and what theme, typically Contact Us is not part of the CMS block but is part of the Permanent Links block. You can unzip the Prestashop file you downloaded to create your store to your computer and upload the files or folders that you may have changed to cause your issue. If you are using an alternate theme you may need to unzip the theme to your computer and upload the files or folders you may have changed. Need more help just post.
Sarah87
Ok, I should have mentioned that. I'm using PrestaShop™ 1.4.7.0 and the theme Blackwhite. There is a file in the theme called contact-form.tpl
tdr170
Is there still a Contact Us link on your shop page and what happens if you click it. That is just one of the files associated with the contact in the main root of your shop do you have contact-form.php.
