bnet Posted March 22, 2012 Share Posted March 22, 2012 Hello, We are new to Prestashop but have a good knowledge of PHP. A problem has arisen after installing a postcode database. On entering the URL the site is not opening but instead only displays a Can't open file message. Nothing else. No error number or anything else. Any ideas, please? Is there a corrupt file somewhere? melriks Posted June 7, 2013 Share Posted June 7, 2013 I experienced this problem today after installing the Presto-Changeo USPS module. The answer was a permissions problem on one of the files. Check the ownership and permissions on the /modules/usps/logs file.
