[JOB] Need a Customized Order Status Tracking System

Requirement:

Details of each order contains

- additional text fields, content of which can be manually input from BO;

- additional attachments uploaded from BO concerning with each order;

- search function (ie. list all delivered orders)

- Customer could see detailed status after log in.

The system doesn't have to be expending of existing order system, it can be seperated.
