[Search] License System Module

Hello,

I am looking for a special module.

Features:

• There a several products (download only) so after the payment has been accepted the customer gets an automatically generated license key
  
• if, for some reason, the order has been cancelled the license key is set from status 1 (active) to 2 (banned)
  
• a public page where a license key can be entered and then, if the key exists, the owner (name/company or accountid) and the status (banned/active) are prompted
  

I have only seen modules for selling e.g. game codes but not modules who add a "license system".

Does anyone know such a module or is able to create it?
