A webservice question

I have a question:

 

Is it possible to link a prestashop webshop together with another webshop?

 

Another webshop wants to sell my products on their webshop (for a small fee), and I was wondering if I could use webservice to link my shop to theirs?

My idea is basicly that they have access to my products (via webservice?), and when a customer buys one of my products on their site I'll get the order-mail and my item stock will decrease.

So basicly they dont have to do anything except advertise my products. I'll handle the order and so on.

 

Is this possible?
