paypal error 10415 and more

Hi there,

I am facing an issue with Paypal error. The funds are successfully transferred to my paypal account but the customer received error message.

Also, my backoffice does not reflect the sales too therefore there is no invoice on my side. I am unable to see the customers messages too. This happened suddenly, I did not do any upgrade as well.

I also received an email by paypal.
