applecart_girl Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 Hi all I have just upgraded from 1.3.1.1 to version 1.4.7.0 and went to login to the admin back office, but it kept reloading the page (no error message, just kept reloading and not letting me get in). Then I tried to reset the password and have a new one emailed to my login email address, but alas, it isn't there ... and that was about an hour ago ... I have retried a few times but nothing is happening. Can anyone help me to reset my password so that I can get back in to my admin!!??!! Argh! I have since found the fix to stop it from reloading the login page, I just need a password to get back in :-) Please help... Many thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
