Reason for revising project is due to core files requiring adjustments, thus creating a more difficult upgrade in future.

3.) Credit Application

One Ajax form presented on selected pages through the header.

4.) RFQ

 

a.) Incorporate Dynamic Elements to site forms

b.) Back Office Configuration Options

c.) All forms require captcha

 

Attached is .pdf with screen shots and details of project.

 

- After you review the work order, how many hours do you project for the following...

Form 1 = ? hours

Form 2 = ? hours

Form 3 = ? hours

Form 4 = ? hours

 

- What is estimated time/cost of project to complete?

- What kind of warranty or support options will be provided?
