Currently we have tested on Samsung ACE (Android). It is some how nice enough. But we are not sure it is perfect in all mobile device. Why don't you add a theme switcher to use this one only when mobile devices are detected. There are at least 2/3 prestashop mobile themes well established. In addition I have never seen a dedicate website for smartphone so far.
