Problem with order confirmation page

I just updated to 1.4.6.2.

In the previous verion i was able to modify the credit card payment, order confirmation page fields, by going into the BO > Translation > Module translation and change the autorize.net field " Your order will be sent soon" with something else. ( since any change made to confirmation.tpl never show up even after force compile )

 

Now I'm trying to do it in the new PS version and I cannot chage one field. The others I CAN updated.

No matter what I do to the "you order will be sent soon" , it will not change.

 

Any suggestion?

You should check your theme's translations if your modules is overridden in your theme.
