Dave L
User groups are intended to allow you to set up wholesale or trade accounts and assign a % discount to each. The tax element is assigned to the customer based on their registered address (country).

CarriedAwayCrafts
User groups are intended to allow you to set up wholesale or trade accounts and assign a % discount to each. The tax element is assigned to the customer based on their registered address (country). Understood, but yet- I find the following in Prestashop_User_Guide_1.4.pdf, page 42: PrestaShop is frequently used in the Business to Business (B2B) sector. Therefore, you can create a group of customers who can buy products without paying the tax. The ―Price Display Method drop-down menu gives you a choice between ―tax included and ―tax excluded. Validate your settings by clicking ―Save. This is one of the reasons I chose Prestashop over other carts - to sell B2B but to 'taxable' retail customers too. But it does not seem to be working... Is this, possibly, a bug in the software? I've found similar posts about this problem but no solutions that do not require pretty extensive hard -coding. I appreciate any help offered.
