backwizard Posted December 20, 2011 Share Posted December 20, 2011 We are using prestashop 1.4.4.1 and can't figure out how to get the store to send an order confirmation to the customer as well as us. We have read all of the posts and nothing seems to solve our problem. I even had a third party programmer look at our settings and confirm that all settings were correct. This has become very upsetting to our customers who expect an immediate email. Has anyone had this problem? Fixed it? Marty Shue Hey Marty - It doesn't send from Back Office either. I processed a test order and tried to send myself an email and I get the following message - "An error occurred while sending e-mail to customer." I had some issues also cause our hosting was trying to deliver the mail locally and we have a different mail provider. Hope this helps?
