Royal Mail Tracking URL has changed - new one?

The Royal Mail tracking URL has recently changed - it used to be (eg):

 

http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track?trackNumber=AB123456789GB

 

But that no longer works - it takes you to the right page via a redirect, but the tracking number doesn't get entered automatically into the search box.

 

Anyone know the new URL?

still looking myself pixel, i have looked at the source code of royal mail and still cant find a workable url, it seems the new link looks for not only a cad id but also a page id

 

if you do suss it before me please post it up

i finally sussed it out, the new url is

 

hXXp://track2.royalmail.com/portal/rm/trackresults?catId=@&pageId=trt_rmresultspage&keyname=3A_track&_requestid=23939

 

of cause replace the XX with tt for http

The last new URL provided is for the track results and has a request id for the person who did that request. This should not be used as the request id changes every time a search is done.

 

This is the new Royal Mail tracking URL which does a proper request:

 

hxxp://track2.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track?trackNumber=@

 

 

Replace the xx with tt.

The url for tracking royal mail UK has changed again. You now need to enter
