Pack of 10 products with discount to special group

Good day.

 

I need to create special rule for selling items.

 

I have a group "resellers" with special discount 50%. But I want to make this price available only on 10 items pack .

 

Also I do not want to show this price to common customers. Only resellers will see this...

 

 

How to set up this?

Just had a quick look and played around on my test site. It seems you can set this up using the prices tab when entering a product. You select the group 'resellers' and set the 'starting at' quantity to 10 and the discount for the selected group.

 

If you are logged in as a reseller the original price is displayed and the customer could buy a single item at the usual price. However, an additional tab appears on the product page for quantity discounts showing the quantity to order and the % discount.

Adding this quantity to the cart applies the discount.

 

This is not precisely what you were looking for but it does represent a solution. You may be able to set it up more closely to what you are looking for if you tested some of the options.
