phrasespot
There are some pretty cool new features visible in 1.5. My favourite is the cart rules, which will make things possible that was not in 1.4. That in itself is a major step forward from the merchant point of view but what really makes me warm and tingly inside is seeing things like PrestaException, Admin controllers uproot, dynamic hooks, changes in ObjectModel etc. Devs put some massive effort in 1.5 that it almost feels unfair to call the version 1.5. Many thanks for those efforts. I cannot wait to introduce it to my clients.
gotwig
I would call it 2.0 when there are no more hooks...
phrasespot
FWIIW, the subject I choose was more a token of appreciation than a literal request. I would call it 2.0 when there are no more hooks... and you suggest, as an alternative...?

Raphaël Malié
I would call it 2.0 when there are no more hooks... I'm curious to know an effective way to easily manage plugins without hooks OOP is not an answer, everything is OOP today
