naranja67 Posted December 5, 2011 Share Posted December 5, 2011 Hi there, we have Prestashop 1.4.1 and the system has been running stable and without any problems since approx. six months. Since 4 weeks however, (we have only now realised this) the e-mail send outs from the system to customers do not appear to work with specific e-mail addresses. There is no logic or recognizable pattern why the send outs work with some e-mail addresses and not with some others. Has anyone any ideas what could be the cause of this, or has ever experienced something similar? We would really appreciate to here from you.
