alexa28
Hello all, I am having a VERY irritating problem. Most of my customers shop for a while, because I only sell business to business.. So this means they can surf all day, and slowly build up the cart. Problem is that sometimes that cart automaticly dissaphears, meaning it's empty and they have to re-add the whole thing again. I THINK that this happens if they by accident close down the browser or perhaps logout. I ran a test my self, and the cart DOES go away if I logout, even thought I see it via ADMIN that they made it. Why is that? If there is no fix to this, then can someone at least explain to me WHY do I see these carts in ADMIN and what can I do with them? All I see is a delete button, but it makes no sence, why would they be saved there if I can't "re-add" them to the customers...

Carolina Custom Designs
Go to Preferences and check 'Yes' at "Cart re-display at login". As soon as the customer logs back in it will populate their cart. Hope that helps! Marty Shue
