Mazzie123 Posted November 25, 2011 Share Posted November 25, 2011 Hi all, Can someone help me with this one. I installed paypal in my payment gateway following the instructions as noted. I put all my API credentials and everything. However my customers is coming up with this error when they click on the paypal tab to pay. Please refer to logs: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2011-11-25T01:37:10Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Security error L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error PayPal returned error What does this mean? Wingz Posted November 25, 2011 Share Posted November 25, 2011 It looks like you may have sandbox mode ticked, unclick that to read inactive - not active - and the problem should disappear.
