[SOLVED] Error With Moneybookers "Cart can't be loaded or an order..."

When we try to do a payment through our website using the Moneybookers module we obtain follwing error

 

FR : Le panier ne peut pas être chargé ou une commande a déjà été placé en utilisant ce panier

EN : Cart can't be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart

 

We also can't find the order back in the back-office

 

Prestashop version 1.4.3

 

Any idea

Hi ycorde,

Indeed there was a version of Moneybookers module with this problem of orders in back office which are not displayed.

This was resolved quickly : you simply need to uninstall and remove the module and install the new version of the module available on Addons.

This solves all known issues.
