How do I "Change shop logo alt tag" ?

As has been said in another thread about how to SEO your site.

 

I cannot for the life of me find out how to do this.

 

Could someone explain in very simple terms for muppets like me please?

I wanted to change the alt tag from te logo to, but it didnt work with my ps. I have 1.3.6

Also i read that in preferences-performance compile (or something) should be made to make the changed header.tpl work.

In my ps 1.3.6. I cannot find such a thing in preferences.... Or am i missing something.

 

Now I changed it in Preferences - contact - name webshop.

Is that the same? When I put my mouse on the logo it says the new alt tag, like I want it. Or is that not an alt tag? (its for better seo results).
