Pressed0024
I have set the CCC. However, when performing a page load analysis, i realized there were still many css files. How do we actually combine the css and js files? Isnt the CCC already doing the job? Any help would be great!
devilsown
you will need to force the compile after setting up ccc. mine will just show as 1 request for css and 1 for .js
Pressed0024
How do you actually force compile? Selecting Yes and Save and later back to No and Save still does not solve the issue. I still see many CSSes and JSes. Any help?
Pressed0024
This is really terrible. The CSS and JS adds up to like 20+ DOMs. devilsown, I see you were able to compile them into 1 CSS and 1 JS. What were the exact steps at the Compilation and CSS in back office to achieve that? I tried all possible combinations and they still don't compile into a single CSS and JS. My website loads hell slow because of these DOMs.
Pressed0024
Okay, so I checked the difference. When CCCs are not activated, I get 103 requests (DOMs). When CCC is activated, I get 103 requests as well. This is after forcing the compilation. Clearly, the CCC does not seems to be doing it's job. Where else should I check to solve this problem? Pressed0024
Problem solved. Theme provider did not include the /cache/ in the themes folder thus it couldn't cache the compilation.
