Так там можно заказать мастеркард и выводить прямо на нее... Кроме того, если вы продаете товары для иностранцев -ьл эта система принимает разные иностранные платежные системы. Монейбукер всегда занимался процессингом иностранных платёжных систем. Сейчас есть Пейпал в России. Тарифы дебетовой карты OKPAY: 2% за снятие в банкомате, любая транзакция 1$, пополнение карты 3$.
