screentekdesignsltd Posted November 12, 2011 Share Posted November 12, 2011 Hi When an order is completed via the store and the customer uses Paypal to pay, a communication log of what is received from paypal is created as a message in the customers order in BO. Sometimes this isn't done wen an order is created manual by ourselves Is there a way to manually ask paypal for the same information again via a script/module/button on order screen to retrieve the same communication log information into the order screen as a message again.
