petera
I am just about to go live with my shop site but have suddenly noticed a major problem. The order (product) details show up on invoices that are emailed but do not show up on orders lookup in the back end or in the customer account look up when I click on the order number. All other information is displayed correctly. The only thing I have done is modify the bank wire modules so that bank deposit appears instead on bank wire and modified the emails to show bank deposit details instead of bank wire details. This was hard coding not changing variables. I did delete some customers from the backend that had been used for testing and canceled their order status. I did not manually remove them from the database. What has happened??? I really need help on this one. Peter A I have looked at the database and the orders and order history tables appear correct but the order detail table is empty. ????????????????????????? petera
I reinstalled a native version of the shop software and loaded the live database into it. This is running on my desktop with vetrigo wamp installed. All version 5+ Exactly the same problem is apparent. I can workthrough to the end of the transaction and everything works fine except there is no order detail entry in ps_order_detail. Does this mean I have a corrupted database. How can I check the integrity of the database. Any suggestions gratefully received. I have a significant number of products and dont wish to redo it if possible. Peter A ??? Andvaga
Hi, I have the same problem, but I'm using the native solution. Can you help me ? Thanks
petera
What version of prestashop are you using. I found the problem in 0.9.7 Have not installed 1.0.1 to the point where I can import the data base. Did try to upgrade but I had done a few hacks on .tpls and things got a bit messy so am trying from a clean install of 1.0.1 RC2 I will try and keep you informed of any findings. Peter Wilson
Hi Peter, Sorry for the delayed response. :- The dev team is aware of this and is working on finding a solution. Could you perhaps post a screenshot of a malfunctioning Back-Office Order detail page, please? Thanks in advance.

DrÿSs'
Hi, Why are you using PrestaShop 0.9.7.2 ? Powered by PrestaShop [ forum & contact ] - Version 0.9.7.2 - 4.651s
petera
Hi Phillipe, I was hoping to have the issue with the order _details resolved before I upgraded on my live site. I have been working with 1.0 RC2 on my desktop and as soon as there is a full release I will set it up on my live server and do the migration of data. I like to work through these processes on my desktop before touching my live site. Cautious I guess.
